These terms describe use of the Ovevi online store and purchases made through it. Read them with our Returns & Refunds Policy, the delivery information shown for your order, and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
About Ovevi
Ovevi is an online retailer powered by Shopify. We source products from third-party suppliers, including overseas suppliers, rather than manufacturing them ourselves. Suppliers and carriers may fulfill orders on our behalf. Ovevi remains your point of contact for purchases from this store.
Product information and use
Review the description, measurements, available options, power requirements and intended use before ordering. Product photographs and displayed colors can vary with lighting and screens. Any material difference from the description can be raised under our refund policy and applicable law. Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with an item, and stop using an item that appears unsafe. Availability can change.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Review the selected item, quantity, delivery address, shipping charges, taxes and order total before submitting payment. If a product cannot be supplied, or an error affects an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund. We will not impose a new price after payment without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, options, charges and any stated estimates are shown with the applicable product or at checkout. Some products ship from China or other overseas suppliers, and items may arrive separately. Processing before dispatch is separate from carrier transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but do not remove our obligations if a shipment is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cannot ship within the stated time or the period required by law, we will provide the required notice and cancellation or refund options.
Do not assume that a shipping charge includes import duties or carrier customs fees unless this is expressly stated for the order. Ask us before purchasing if the delivery estimate or import-charge arrangements are unclear. We will not treat these terms as consent to undisclosed charges.
Returns, order problems and cancellations
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or materially misdescribed goods, or rights required by law. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the returnless claims process. Cancellation requests are subject to whether fulfillment can still be stopped and to any applicable legal rights.
Using the website
Provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. We may take reasonable steps to address misuse while honoring existing customer rights and applicable law.
Website content and external services
Ovevi branding and website content are provided for personal shopping and information. Third-party product images and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Links to other websites do not mean that we control those websites. Payment providers, Shopify and other service providers may have their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used and shared in connection with the store.
Updates and contact
