Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability varies by product. Each product listing shows its supported countries, shipping charges and estimated transit times. We ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States and participating Canadian provinces, with selected products also available in verified international markets.

Standard US shipping is free. Canada is US$2.99 per shipping profile. For eligible destinations outside the US and Canada, tracked shipping is US$4.99 per shipping profile, except US$7.99 for the UAE and Saudi Arabia on supported hoodies. Charges may be converted and rounded in the selected checkout currency. Orders combining products from different shipping profiles can have combined shipping charges and arrive separately. Enter your address to confirm eligibility and review the final shipping total and applicable taxes before payment.

Where orders ship from

Products may be fulfilled by independent suppliers, including overseas partners. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing and delivery

Supplier processing and dispatch are separate from carrier transit. Processing time and end-to-end delivery estimates may vary by product and destination. For our Ocean Wave projector, the supplier currently quotes approximately 5–10 days of carrier transit within the United States after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed arrival date and does not include supplier processing or customs clearance.

We will have a reasonable basis for any shipment-time representation made when you order. If we cannot ship within our stated time, or within the time required by law when none is stated, we will provide the required delay notice, cancellation option, and prompt refund where applicable.

International hoodie delivery estimates

Transit estimates vary substantially by destination. Some routes quote up to 66–90 days after dispatch. Check the destination table on the exact hoodie listing before ordering; processing and customs time are additional.

Canadian delivery estimates

For the currently listed products, the supplier quotes approximately 8–15 days of carrier transit to Canada after dispatch (8–14 days for the light-up car key holder). These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and exclude supplier processing and customs delays. Timing for future products may differ.

Customs and import charges

Items shipped from outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier processing fees. Freight charges alone do not necessarily include those fees. We are verifying import arrangements with suppliers. If an order would incur charges that were not disclosed before payment, contact us before paying a carrier; we will investigate and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund when fulfillment cannot proceed on the agreed terms. Please contact Ovevi before ordering if import costs or shipping timing are important to your decision.

Tracking and delivery problems

When a supplier dispatches your order and provides tracking, we make that information available using the contact details from checkout. Initial scans can take time to appear. If an order is missing, delayed, damaged or undelivered, please contact us with your order number. Ovevi remains your point of contact; you don't need to resolve the issue with an overseas supplier.
